Mark is a Native Floridian born in Tampa with a passion for the Sunshine State. Mark is familiar with all the nuances of buying and selling real estate on the Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida. From new construction, remodels, comps, inspections, insurance requirements, property appraisals to negotiating hard for his sellers and buyers.

Anyone fortunate enough to work with Mark quickly recognizes his integrity, attention to detail and ability to get the deal done. These characteristics have kept Mark in the top 10 selling agents on Fort Myers Beach for the past 10 years. Mark always treats his clients like his extended family and shows them true commitment during and especially after the transaction.

Mark also holds a Master Captain License with the U.S. Coast Guard and has captained his own vessel from Fort Myers Beach to Key West on several occasions. Boating, fishing, shelling and dolphin watching are always on his agenda! He likes to say he was put here to “help people live the life that Jimmy Buffett writes songs about“.

In 1993, Mark earned his degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University and went from there to become a founding member of The Clorox Company’s Wal-Mart Team in Bentonville, Arkansas. However, his love of Florida beckoned him back to Fort Myers Beach in 2003, where he obtained his Real Estate Brokers License and immediately began helping like-minded people fulfill their dreams of owing property in paradise.
