I randomly contacted Mark Hatfield as a result of a property listed on the Internet. Mark was manning the phones that day and graciously offered to show us several properties. He was polite and responsive, despite no prior knowledge of me and my family or our interest in or ability to purchase a property. He promptly met us and showed us five properties that were of interest. His knowledge of the area was apparent and he treated us with a great deal of deference; even though he didn’t know whether we were a “real buyer” or not. Later that evening Mark met me at the Fish House restaurant where I was dining with my family and we filled out the paperwork and began our offer process.
